With a strong academic background and extensive experience in pharmaceutical biotechnology and nutrition, Dr. Roberta Scangerlato carries out the mission of promoting health through proper nutrition.

She graduated in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology in 2015 and spent years of research at CNR Bologna, where she honed her skills in lipidomics and antioxidant agents. His interest in nutrition originated during his academics, culminating in his registration as a Biologist and the completion of a Master of Advanced Training as a Nutritional Consultant in 2016.

Since then, he has continued to refine his skills by attending courses in nutraceuticals, nutrition in pregnancy and lactation, and sports nutrition. One of his main focuses is the gut microbiome, the subject of his three-year thesis, on which he deepened his knowledge through a collaboration with the Valsambro Laboratory.

In recent years, he has refined his professional practice by creating personalized dietary regimens for digestive problems, intestinal dysbiosis and innovative projects in the metabolic field.
